Health Awareness

HealthPhysical Health –  In this module you will learn about 5 main topics; these are:

  • Body discipline
  • Exercise
  • Sleep and rest
  • Relaxation
  • Food and eating

Each of the topics will be discussed in-depth, increasing your knowledge of each of them.

Mental Health – In this module, you will learn about various components of our mental health, such as:

  • Memory
  • State of mind
  • Inner space

You will be taught how to improve and maintain your mental health; you will also be shown a step by step and practical guide to improve your ‘inner space.’

HealthEmotional Health –  The 3 main topics discussed in this section are:

  • Stress and relief
  • Humour and seriousness
  • Positive gestures

In each of the topics, common causes for imbalance and ways of improving your emotional health will be discussed with you.

Spiritual Health – In this topic you will learn what spiritual health is, what it influences and ways you can improve your spiritual health.

Overall Well-Being – In this section you will be taught ways of improving your overall well-being, through step by step practical examples, as well as how to overcome the main obstacles you will face in this challenge.
